Dr Ryugo Hayano, known to the Suzuki community as President of the Talent Education & Research Institute in Japan is recognised in the wider world for his work as the Scientist who developed new ways to detect internal radiation levels in children who were exposed to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident.
